How to: make a brush holder

I'm not too thrilled with how mine turned out but it's decent
Anyone have any better ideas?
All you need is:
any jar or vase of your choice
any ribbon or decorative items of your choice
some vase fillers
anddd of course some brushes
Has anyone else attempted to make your own brush holder?

    That is really cute! I love the leopard print ribbon. I keep mine in a glass but i'm feeling inspired now :)
