Collective Haul, Swatches, and Review

NYC extreme lip glider lip gloss

plaza punch, park ave pink, chelsea rose

I love these things and they're so cheap! They are not sticky at all and the packaging is so fun and different! My favorite is chelsea rose. The only one that has shimmer out of these three is plaza punch.

Physicians Formula Happy Booster Blush in Rose

This is supposed to make you in a happy mood...don't know how that would work but it does smell really nice, like a rose!

The color is so pretty on this BUT to be honest I do NOT like this at all.

WHY?

The glitter in it is so chunky that it feels like sand on my lips.

Do not waste your money.

MAC plushglass in Ample pink

This is my first plushglass and I LOVE this formula so much better than any of the other MAC gloss formulas! Not sticky like the others!

I LOVE this color too!

Hard Candy gloss in Girl next door

This is nice but nothing extremely special.

Not much color pay off (could be because I got such a light color)

You are getting a lot of product for you money though.

Lancome Hypnose Drama Mascara

I got this sample with my order for my Lancome gloss and I am loving this!

I haven't used this on it's own, but I love layering it over top of my Loreal Voluminous million lashes mascara.

I want the full size of this but I don't know if I can justify paying the price especially with all the mascaras I already have that I need to use up..maybe I'll purchase this in the future!

Hard Candy Sheer Envy Primer

I have been using this and love the way it feels on my skin, but I think it could be causing my skin to break out, not positive though. I am taking a little break from it now to see if it is what is causing my skin to break out.

I really want this to work for me though because you are getting SO much product for so CHEAP and I really like this stuff! It's perfect for days when you aren't going to be out all day and don't want to waste your expensive primers!!

Maybelline Super Stay Makeup

in Sand Beige

I have this foundation already in a darker shade but I haven't been using it a whole lot lately.

The reason I needed to pick this up is because I have gotten so pale that none of my foundations match me at the moment. I didn't want to go buy an expensive foundation because I know that I will be getting some sun very soon. After taking a break from my NARS and Mac studio fix fluid to use this I have realized that drugstore foundations really can work just as good as higher end foundations if you find the right ones!

(I really hope this isn't what's making me break out...has anyone had break out problems with this foundation?)

MAC lip gelee in Luxure

This gloss is absolutely gorgeous but after you wipe it off there is still glitter all over your lips..which I do not like.

This might have to be a gloss for special occasions..It's so pretty I just wish there wasn't as much glitter but that might be what makes it so pretty! haha

Victorias Secret Brilliant Lip Shine in Mischief

I was curious to try one of these out because the packaging really caught my eye.

It's pretty but nothing special, I could live without it.

Drugstore Haul

Just wanted to share some things I picked up the other day!

I picked up a couple mascaras even though I won't be opening them for a while because I already have so many.

The reason I picked this one up is because the applicator looks very similar to the Loreal Voluminous Million lashes mascara (which I love!)

Dolce Vita Look-a-like Sandals from Target!

I picked up some sandals from Target the other day that I think look exactly like a pair of Dolce Vita sandals I've seen.

They also come in brown and tan.

^These are the Dolce Vita Sandals. They look exactly the same and cost $169!

Gotta love Target! The weird thing about this is that Target is doing a Dolce Vita for Target line right now and these aren't part of the line!

The zipper looks a little cheap to me but that's probably something no one else will ever notice.

They're actually pretty comfortable. Wedges tend to be pretty comfortable but the sole of these seem to be extra cushy and they aren't too tall either.

NEW Revlon Colorbust Lipglosses

NEW Revlon Colorburst Lip glosses

I purchased one of these a while back and showed it in one of my hauls and since then I have accumulated four more!

From left to right:

Rosegold, Crystal Lilac, Peony, Orchid, Strawberry

I absolutely love these lip glosses!

The packaging is so great for a drugstore lip gloss, don't you agree?
The pigmentation is very nice and the formula is also very nice, not sticky!
All of the ones I own have shimmer except for Crystal lilac, it is more of an iridescent than I shimmer.
You can't feel the shimmer though which is great because I can't stand when I have gritty shimmer on my lips!

What do you think of these lip glosses?
It amazes me how much drugstore makeup has improved recently!
What are some of your favorite drugstore products?

Small Sephora Haul & first impressions! YSL, Illamasqua, Too faced

Here are a few things I got from Sephora recently and my first impression of them!

YSL Gloss Pur in # 48 I believe the name is pure petal
The consistency of this is really great! Very smooth, not clumpy or slimy at all! It also has a very nice scent..I'm not sure what it is but it's the same as the YSL lipsticks

YSL Blush Variation in #2

I was pretty disappointed when I got this because I think the pictures online (the one shown below) are a little misleading. To me the blush looks a little bigger and more pigmented in the picture from the website. Also, there is not much pigmentation in this blush..especially for the high price. : (

Illamasqua blush in Chased

This blush is so pretty and very pigmented! I'm loving it and I have my eye on a few other shades!

Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Bronzer

I have been needing a matte bronzer because all the ones I own have shimmer so this is what I choose and I really like it! It's the perfect shade for my skin tone (NW20 from MAC). This is also made with real cocoa so it has a slight chocolately smell to it!
It also has a really nice large mirror in the compact which I like!
