Drugstore Haul and first impressions

I just wanted to share some of the things I have gotten from the drugstore recently in case anyone wants a full review on any of the products! Sorry I didn't have time to take pictures of all the products so I just got photos from online.Clean and Clear Finishes Mattifyng Moisturizer

First Impression: This stuff is pretty awesome! It's like a mattifying primer and moisturizer all in one! I can see my skin mattifying as soon as I put this on!

Clean and Clear Finishes Pore Perfecting Moisturizer

First Impression: This has the same concept as the mattifying moisturizer; a primer and moisturizer all in one. Because I don't have very oily skin I used the mattifying moisturizer on my t zone and the pore perfecting moisturizer on the rest of my face and I'm really liking these so far.


Loreal Go 360 Clean Deep Cream Cleanser

This is a re-purchase. I love this cleanser because of the minty fresh feeling it gives your face.

Pantene Restore Beautiful Lengths Breakage Defense Shampoo & Conditioner

These are also a re-purchase. Love them.

Suave Heat Protection

First Impression: I don't really know why I got this because I have gone through over five of the Tresemme heat protectant and I love it. I have just been using this along with my Tresemme. Nice smell.

Drugstore Foundation Haul & First Impression

I went by CVS today mainly to get a new powder because I think my MAC MSF natural might be breaking me out. I've been wearing it for almost a year and haven't noticed anything until now though. It could be another product I'm using but I can't figure out what it is! Does anyone else have a problem with MAC's mineralized skin finish natural breaking them out?
Maybelline FIT me foundation in 120
I picked up this foundation to try even though I don't have high expectations for it because I have heard that it even makes people with dry skin oily. ew. I wanted to try it out for myself though.

*After I got home from CVS I tried on Revlon colorstay on one half of my face and Maybelline fit me on the other half and Revlon colorstay is definitely winning!
Contemplating exchanging the Maybelline fit me foundation..what are your thoughts?*

NYC extreme lip glider lip gloss

I love these things and they're so cheap! They are not sticky at all and the packaging is so fun and different! My favorite is chelsea rose. The only one that has shimmer out of these three is plaza punch.

Physicians Formula Happy Booster Blush in Rose

This is supposed to make you in a happy mood...don't know how that would work but it does smell really nice, like a rose!

The color is so pretty on this BUT to be honest I do NOT like this at all.

WHY?

The glitter in it is so chunky that it feels like sand on my lips.

Do not waste your money.

MAC plushglass in Ample pink

This is my first plushglass and I LOVE this formula so much better than any of the other MAC gloss formulas! Not sticky like the others!

I LOVE this color too!

Hard Candy gloss in Girl next door

This is nice but nothing extremely special.

Not much color pay off (could be because I got such a light color)

You are getting a lot of product for you money though.

Lancome Hypnose Drama Mascara

I got this sample with my order for my Lancome gloss and I am loving this!

I haven't used this on it's own, but I love layering it over top of my Loreal Voluminous million lashes mascara.

I want the full size of this but I don't know if I can justify paying the price especially with all the mascaras I already have that I need to use up..maybe I'll purchase this in the future!

Hard Candy Sheer Envy Primer

I have been using this and love the way it feels on my skin, but I think it could be causing my skin to break out, not positive though. I am taking a little break from it now to see if it is what is causing my skin to break out.

I really want this to work for me though because you are getting SO much product for so CHEAP and I really like this stuff! It's perfect for days when you aren't going to be out all day and don't want to waste your expensive primers!!

Maybelline Super Stay Makeup

in Sand Beige

I have this foundation already in a darker shade but I haven't been using it a whole lot lately.

The reason I needed to pick this up is because I have gotten so pale that none of my foundations match me at the moment. I didn't want to go buy an expensive foundation because I know that I will be getting some sun very soon. After taking a break from my NARS and Mac studio fix fluid to use this I have realized that drugstore foundations really can work just as good as higher end foundations if you find the right ones!

(I really hope this isn't what's making me break out...has anyone had break out problems with this foundation?)

MAC lip gelee in Luxure

This gloss is absolutely gorgeous but after you wipe it off there is still glitter all over your lips..which I do not like.

This might have to be a gloss for special occasions..It's so pretty I just wish there wasn't as much glitter but that might be what makes it so pretty! haha

Victorias Secret Brilliant Lip Shine in Mischief

I was curious to try one of these out because the packaging really caught my eye.

It's pretty but nothing special, I could live without it.
